The following booking conditions form the basis of your contract with Irantriptailor . Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. By asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these booking conditions and agree to them.
These booking conditions only apply to the trip arrangements which you book with us in the Iran and which we agree to make, provide or perform (as applicable) as part of our contract with you. All references in these booking conditions to “trip”, “booking”, “contract” or “arrangements” mean such trip arrangements unless otherwise stated.
The contract is between the Company and the client, being any person travelling or intending to travel on a tour operated by the Company. No employee of the Company other than a director has authority to vary or omit any of these terms or promise any discount or refund.
Payment: When you make a booking and we accept it, a legally binding contract is made. In order to confirm your booking you must send us your completed booking form and a deposit of €200 per person per tour (or full payment if booking within 60 Days of the start of tour). The balance of the price of your travel arrangements must be paid at least 60 Days before the start date of your trip. A detailed itinerary, along with final balance, and “what to bring” information will be e-mailed to you after receipt of your deposit. The balance is due 60 days prior to trip departure. Prices quoted are based on “twin share” traveling and land costs in effect at the time of printing. Prices are subject to change without notice. All payments are in Euros and Dollars
Cancellation: Cancellation fees (days prior to departure):
• 60 days or more: non-refundable deposit
• 46 to 59 Days: 30% of total cost is non-refundable.
• 30 to 45 Days: 60% of total cost is non-refundable.
• 0 to 29 Days: 90% of total cost is non-refundable.
